Ellyn and I went to Dawes Elementary School. We were in the same class and she lived around the corner from me in Evanston. She was a lovely person. May the family be comforted as were the mourners of Jerusalem.

I’m so sorry I’m out of town and can’t pay my respects properly. Ellyn was such a sweet, kind, gentle soul. I know she will be missed by her wonderful husband Perry and her loving children and grandchildren who she adored. Again I’m so sorry for your loss.

Ellen was a beautiful woman. You could see by meeting her children that she was an amazing mother. She would light up with just the mention of Perry’s name. It was an honor to have been given the privilege to be part of her care these last few months. Harbor House will miss Ellen dearly and the entire Rose family. You are all in our thoughts at this time
